Are u sure u have good spark would think 5 pumps is enough to cough .

Man overboard switch tripped ?

I have spark. I pulled the wires and checked there and pulled the plugs and checked at the plug all have good spark.

The man overboard switch is not tripped I checked that first. Been there before where is would not start.

It doesn't cough. Going to try some start fluid in the am and see if it'll run on that. It will at least narrow down fuel issue v. Not good spark.

just dump a little gas if you have good spark it will run for a few seconds , if it doesn’t you are missing spark strength spark timing or compression .
sure ther is no vacuum leak under carb ? Last thing that was touched usually several base gaskets come with carb kit maybe not the correct one
