Stalling on take-off

I have a 200 Evinrude ficth that has a 2or 3 second delay on ever takeoff runs fine after planning off! Changed plugs,check bat. volts.model# E200FPL55C Serial Go4750282

Welcome to iboats. Sounds like it is taking a little time either getting fuel to the cylinders or a little while firing the fuel. I'm just guessing here but I would suspect a carb maybe flooding a cylinder and then it catches up. Possible carb cleaning in order.
