Stalling 90 hp mercury outboard

Hit I need help I have a 07 mercury 90hp ELPT SERIAL # 1B541895 - my issue my boat is starving for fuel - I replaced the 2 plastic filters on the motor all new fuel lines from the tank and the squire ball even a new fuel pick up tube in the tank but it still bogs out - I put a clear inline fuel filter so I can see the fuel - all the sudden you see no gas in that filter. I completely drained my tank and I use a fuels stabilizer - can anybody give some advice aboit what else it may be and how to fix it - thanks in advance.

Did you replace the fuel pump because that might be the problem.

Rebuild the fuel pump. That clear fuel line should show bubbles if you have an air leak. Obviously you do not want an air leak.
