sspark arr and tune arestor clean

would like to "tunr" up 3.ol...did the oils in motor and lower unit a well as the impeller....2007 year...also going to do plugs/wires clean pvc....what else do I need to take caren of? Low hour, prop around 200 hours but no heavy use...

also, main reason I posted...whatntype of solvent do you clean the spark arrestor in? Soak it?? Manual not to clear....

I just use a can of carb cleaner or brake cleaner. Then rinse with water.
