SS 150

I just picked up this SS 150 and I didn't get any paperwork with it. with that said I am try to figure out what year it is, all I have is a serial number 212 SS150-71. the motor is a Johnson 60 Hydro-Electric Drive. Any help will be appreciated, I got it for free.

Thanks for you input, I think it's all LEGAL but I will find out when I apply for a registration .
