spider cracking in transom glass. Thought? 1989 bayliner 1750 capri I/O 2.3L omc

Hi Guys, any ideas on what I should do with this? The cracks dont look deep. Taping on the glass and everthing sounds solid. The transom looks solid but i cant tell down low and i have not drilled any core samples. what causes this.

JMHO but I'd be drilling some core samples on the inside and I'd be expecting to find a rotting transom.
