I have a 23ft sweetwater it has 2 8in speakers in front and 2 6.5 in in rear would it make a difference if i switched wires to make front to rear have a keenwood radio

As mentioned above.

I don't understand why you would want to change it. Once you do the stereo fader control will be backwards, i.e. front balance will be rear speakers & rear balance will be front speakers.

Swap out the 6.5 for 8"

Front and rear channels will have same output so you will acheive nada.
