hope im doing this in correct place have 4.3l that only gets spark when you
first turn ign. key or with remote bump start spark goes away while cranking
here is some of things that i have done or replaced coil cap and rotor plugs and wires. dist. module removed dash cluster replaced all connectors and
wires cleaned all connectors still same no spark while cranking. have 12v at + and - wires at coil drops to 8-9v while cranking have same volts at w/r wire coming out of dist. nothing on w/g wire tried to ground w/g wire with key on to get spark nothing not even a little spark. removed gray wire from tach. to see if tach was causing coil to ground out. still nothing. sorry it so long i dont know what else to check. hope this helps
