Spark plug for Johnson 60 (1983) with 18mm thread

My old Johnson spitted out its champion QL77JC4 plug and my Helicoil repair came out as well...
Now I wonder if there is a plug with 18mm thread that I could use instead of this 14mm standard plug (the local repair shop can drill me 18mm thread but they did not have ideas about plugs to fit in it)

Replace the head. See Salvage Yards under Top Secret Files. Fitting a plug is not the issue ... you must run the right one.

He doesn't have enough remaining metal. The hole could be welded and retapped for the correct size or replaced.

Thanks for your consultations. I opened the head and the gasket in the top cyl is faulty and the thermostat is broken. Ill take the head to the shop for welding - lets see if the motor will run ever again.
