spark on 2 of 3 cylinders

i have a 1978 v6 evinrude 235hp on cylinders 2 4 6 only 2 has a slight spark 4 & 6 are dead. I swapped the power pack from the good side and got the same result so i figure its not the power pack. i believe the only thing left it could be is the timer base am i correct any help would be great thanks

i only have a faint spark on #2 cylinder cylinder 4&6 have no spark. I have swapped over the power pack from the good side and got the same results. I checked the coils and they checked out good. I'am thinking timer base i don't know if there is anything else it could be any help would be great thanks
