spark linkage setting

I have a 1989 125 Force outboard that i just put back together. What is the proper adjustment for the spark linkage at the top of the throttle linkage?

Sorry to say, but the proper link n sync procedure is a bit involved to answer here.

You should refer to a decent shop manual for the details.
A Clymer or a factory repair manual is best.

An earlier post by Frank A. stated how to do it. I followed his instructions and it came out right on. No other adjustments needed. Search your keywords and pick out his posts. Don't recall exactly but it was something like 1/2" thread showing between sleeves for me.'86 Force 125
