I am having some pre ignition on my E25rlesb 25 Evinrude.
to set the advance, I have a recoil starter by the way. The only mark I have is on the starter and is a V pointing up./ I also have degree marks on the flywheel in 2 places. I is marked elec cd, the other is marked cd.
I have found the rubber stop for the advance. To retard the advance do you restrict the movement of the advance plate ?
