I fish in Port Charlotte harbor and right in the gulf , fishing here is awesome !!!!!! Went out to Boca Grande last week caught 2 Tarpon 1 over 120 pounds Nice day
Great! I fish Estero Bay. Fixin to head home for the winter, this time bringing a 17' tracker that my friend and myself went in halvers on. Can't wait to get away from the bridges and hunting some different fish. Getting tired of catching whiting LOL
We went in Naples area right by Marco Island fishing with a boat rental guys https://www.yoloboatrentals.com from Miami how ever they do fishing tours on both South Florida and the West Coast. The adventure was so amazing we seen dolphins at least 50 of them the weather was great we caught about 20 nice size mackerels and then we used that as bait out 3 miles on the Gulf and caught a 7 foot Hammer Head Shark. It was a 8 hours day out on the water but the best experience of our life time fishing in West Coast Florida i still talk about it to friends and people.
So i would recommend fishing around Marco Island if your in Naples area.
