Sounds like its not getting fuel

I took my 88 bayliner out su day. Has a 125 force. Full throttle it sounds like its not getting gas. Full throttle I can go about 5 mph

So what was the rpm at WOT?

If you think it's not getting enough fuel, try squeezing the primer bulb while accelerating to WOT. If this temporarily fixes the problem, then replace the fuel pump diaphragm. If it has no affect, then check for good spark on all four plugs.

How old is the fuel line? Check to make sure its not collapsing on itself. Then I would check the fuel pump diaphram
