Just take your boat to an upholstery shop. I've done that with my SeaRay twice in the 13 years I've owned it to get a new snap in berber carpet made for the cockpit. Then they can fit it to the boat which is good because the snaps in the floor vary in location from boat to boat. The last place that did my cockpit carpet even made two matching rugs out of the same material to put under the helm and next to the door at the stern where you enter which are the high wear areas.
welcome aboard. just google snap in carpet. plenty of people do it. Have you checked with SeaRay, your boat model may be new enough that they still have items like decals, carpet and cushions
