Nicotine free since 1962. I was 7. First and only time I tried it. So glad it didn't take.

Quit cold turkey when my wife found out she was pregnant on our 2nd kid. My daughter is going to be 18 next month. My wife quit too with the help of nicotine gum, 19 years later she's still chewing, but not smoking! I work in a lab diagnosing cancer every day and when i see patients that are now younger then me I thank god I had the sense to quit....it ain't easy but it can be done.

well I do dip and smoke I have tried to quit several times and failed!!! I watched my mom die here in the house with lung and throat cancer bless her heart she suffered 2 years with it!!! I know they are not good for you but neither is the air you breath!!! I called my wife she is picking up 2 ele. cigs to try hope they work!!! Oh and my moms two sisters died the same way throat cancer and never smoked !!! just hope i can quit!
try electronic cigarettes. I know a few people who quit using them. Even if you smoke them the rest of your life, its way better then the real ones!
