Small Boat Trim Question

I'm very new to boating and got a 14' aluminum boat. I got a new motor for it and it works well at speed, but when I'm accelerating from a stop or low speeds the bow goes way up. Like I said once I gain some speed it seems to be moving at the appropriate angle.

Should I adjust the trim on the outboard so that when accelerating the bow doesn't go up so much? Or is this normal?

it is normal for the bow to do that until you reach planning speeds, you can move stuff up the front to balance it out a bit or you can use the trim
