Purchased some Slimy Grimy for cleaning my 21 ft. Sport-Craft of road grime picked up from Florida to Wisconsin. I know I should have had the hull wrapped! My thought was, since SG works so well on algae and lake gunk, it would work well on road grime. Well, not so much, barley at all actually, not worth the money it cost anyways.

My 18 ft Ranger sitting right next to it still had lake grime on it, the all to familiar yellow brownish gunk my lake likes to paste on my boat. I used the same batch of SG as I did on my Sport-Craft and SG did it's job very well. I'm just a little disappointed that it didn't work on the road gunk. How ever when I put Collinite 870 on the spots, they disappeared with little effort. Collinite is some amazing stuff. I swear by it. SG has it's place, but it doesn't take care of everything.

See you on the Lake

Joe
