Hi-we bought a 2020 Regal 2800 with a hardtop that has a sliding canvas type sunroof. The hardtop tower doesn't lay down. The sunroof material is starting to tear and has ripped away from the roller bars that help it to open and close properly. I have contacted our dealer with no help yet--it's been months. I'm pretty sure this would be a warranty item to get it replaced or fixed but I am having no luck with our dealer. I contacted another Regal dealer in the area and they basically told me since I didn't buy the boat there they didn't really want to help us which is ridiculous since it should be a warranty fix. Has anyone else had problems with this? It is NOT a sureshade. It's a sliding canvas type sunroof that is inside of the hardtop tower. I just want to get it fixed and I'm willing to explore other options to fix on our own but I don't know where to start. I am located in Kansas City area. Thanks.
