Sierra or Mallory carb rebuild kits?

I have to rebuild the carburetors on my 1988 88SPL. Here on iboats they offer to different brands Sierra and Mallory, does anyone have any preference one over the other, pros and cons? Thanks

Never cared for the quality of Sierra parts myself. I'd lean more to Mallory.

Couldn't say I have a preference because I haven't tried a Mallory, but I've used quite a few Sierra kits with no problems.

I guess it's a personal preference. I'm ordering the Mallory kits, thanks for the reply

For about $7 more you can get the OEM kit and it comes with a new float!!!! I use only OEM and Mallory as had some problems with Sierra...
