your local marina will most likely have it on-hand

plus they will have the propane heat guns and the tape needed as well. they usually only charge about $10 per foot to wrap your boat.

I bought my shrink wrap from Dr Shrink Wrap. $51.00 for a 17'x31' 7mil blue.
I am using bailing twine instead of strapping tape. Looks like their price on 18'x200' $404.00
