I put a Solas Saturn 9 1/4 x 11 SS on a 15hp 4 stroke on a heaver Starcraft and got just over 23mph gps. The motor and boat just seams to struggle less but for about $140 with shipping maybe it is just in my head? You may gain 1MPH if you are lucky.

It looks like they have a Solas Amita 9.25x11 for $49.49

they have a Solas Amita 4 Blade for $55.79

Or a Sola Saturn Stainless Steel 3 blade for $115.99

... all of them are 9.25x11

Do I need the prop washers, washers, and the nut, or just use my old ones? How about the marine prop greece?

If your looking for a little speed the 4 blade isn't the one.The Solas amita has a good reputation.
If it was mine I would go with aluminum.The stainless usually give a slight across the board improvement
over a new aluminum don't know if its worth over double the cost.Also when changing materials it becomes a little less predictable.

Thanks steelespike, I really appreciate all the help, I was leaning towards the same decision. Should I replace all the hardware or just use the old?

If the old hardware is good use it.
