Shorelandr trailer vin help

I just bought a boat,motor and trailer made in 1989. No vin at all, nothing on stickers or stamped. Which I've found is very common. I'm trying to contact shorelander with no success, I can't even find a valid phone number online. I do have a title for the boat and the MSO.
Does anyone know one?
Any other suggestions?
Illinois DMV wants bonded plate money, it's a real pain, even with a title and vin.

What's an MSO and bonded plate money? Do you have a pink slip for the trailer?

Manufacturer's Statement of Origin...MSO.

My guess, and its a W.A.G., is that the bonded plate money refers to bonding the trailer/boat for X number of days to prove ownership. Just a guess.

Your registering authority can provide more information as to what exactly is needed. Usually best to go in person rather than some random call center. I can tell you the process in NY but it's not going to do a lick of good in IL.
