Re: Shopping At Home Depot!

This is the fault of our federal goverment for turning a blind eye on the border and letting them come in with no punishment and no punishment for those that employ them.

I dont blame these people at all for leaving a hellhole for the sweet life in the USA. Seems like they would be a better guest, but uninvited people rarely are the kind that are nice.

Ken

hey lets arrest them all, but first were ya gonna get enough off duty officers to handcuff 11 million or so, then where ya gonna get the busses to take em to jail, oh now we gotta find a jail big enough.
the problem has grown under the watchful eyes of every administration since the early seventies.
its so big now there is no easy solution.

We need to get our elected officials to grab "El Toro" by the horns & give him the boot.... ;)
Illegal immigrants have got some set of stones to think they have an entitlement to being U.S. citizens by virtue of the fact that they broke U.S. law to get here in the first place!
That's like the guy who pleads for leniency for murdering his parents on the grounds that he is now an orhpan....
This country will survive just fine without illegal immigrants.....
Don't let these protests fool ya! :) :) .....JK

1) The only issue this caused for me was a 20 minute shorter drive home and;

2) Taco Bell was closed... ohh well.

I actually was so pi$$ed off yesterday that I fired off 2 3page letters to both of my US Senators here in CA. I highly doubt Boxer or Fienstein will read, react or respond as it may upset the illigal majority here in CA but it was worth a try.

I did have a thought though... If we round all of them up we will not need to expand our freeways here in southern cal.. 10 million cars off the road and all of a sudden no traffic.

Hey, ZmOz, where in Costa Mesa are you staying? I live in CM...

my $.02

Kevin

I say we round 'em up and start pushing them back through all those drug tunnels they keep digging. ;)

Although I live in Canada I was born in Round Rock, TX and to be honest its not much different here in Canada, for some dam reason most governments in free countries seem to think that illegals and criminals have rights............not quite sure where they get off thinking that.

Everytime i go back home to Rock Round it amazes me half the time i feel like i got off the plane in mexico city instead of austin.

Bill O'reilly makes a lot of sense in this article..

http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,194096,00.html

I do agree that we need to follow our laws as well by not hiring them. To me the issue is black and white. Follow the law. If you are here illegally, your not part of the club and don't get the benefits. You should be shipped home if caught. If you hire an illegal, you should be punished.

i'm pretty certain most of the protestors were legal immigrants. that's how we saw it happen for our company. lost most of the workforce, and we're certain that our employees (carpenter and labor unions) are legal. either way, it did cost us a ton of money in lost productivity and time.

I tell you, it is right out the mindset of George Orwell. It makes absolutely zero sense. But we put up with it?
I think we are in agreement here. The question, what is a viable solution?

We can all moan over the situation, but there is little we can do short of being vigilantes(sp), at least that I am aware of. I can help to elect new politicians, but that does little good. Our borders are just too big. We know where they keep crossing the Rio, and we still cannot or do not stop them. He77, we find boats floating here from Cuba only to pull them ashore and turn many of them loose.

Is there a reason we so lazily patrol illegals?

Below is a link describing one way the Netherlands deal with the situation. Not bad.

http://msnbc.msn.com/id/12581252/
