I take it that you mean the ones with the LED lights, SBN.

There are many different brands, and you can get them either way. Try Wal-Mart.

Good luck.
No JB, I am talking about them floats that look like a top you would spin.
I think they are yellow on top and orange on the bottom.
Looks like a funnel.
I call them shiner floats.
I used them to fish with shiners in Florida once.
Not 100% sure but if what you are talking about is what I think it is they clip onto your line and are not slip bobbers. Personally I prefer to use a small balloon with a puff of air in it tied to my line because the balloon slips through weeds and such much better than a hard bobber because it is flexible and stretches over and around things rather than hanging up. Take one puff some air in it w/o realy doing more than shaping the ballon out not adding pressure and pull it through your loosly closed hand and you will see what I mean.
SBN, if they are the ones I think they are, they have the LED and a small battery inside. I use them all the time. The ones I use are slip bobber, but they have a rubber on them to fix them in place if needed. I have also purchased some non-slip type with white tops, and they were junk. I will stay with the other.
SbNut-- It might be a "Rocket bobber". A local guy designed them (actually bought my house from him). They clip on like a regular bobber, but are elongated and come to a point on each end. One end is funnel shaped, the other is thinner. Call the Rocket bobber because of its aero dynamic shape. It allows you to cast very far with ultralight tackle, yet it is not too bouyant or insensitive , as you might expect from something this size.

They look like this.
http://www.tackle2000.com/Homex.html

They can be used as a slip bobber also.
Thanks fellows for all the replys.
My electric was off again and just came back on at 4:00am EST.
Yea snapperbait, thats what I was talking about.
Them are either slip through or pegged with the center pin.
AHHH popping corks otherwise known as fish getters. A good way to rig them like a slip rig on a short piece of wire with some beads under it each end of the wire can either have a crimped/tied loop or a swivel. You then tie the top end to your line and the other end a 2' leader and put a jig/grub combo or a hook and shrimp on it. It drives them wild.
BTW SBN those can be rigged slip, pegged and in some cases pegged but they have a slit cut in them so they can be put on your line and pegged w/o retying.
Yea thanks peterfishbuster, thats what I used and had good luck with them.
Well I'm off now to Rodman. Will keep you posted.
Click___________________#####**********
The float and beads free slide on about 10 inches of wire. By popping it the bobber slides down the wire causing the beads to click agianst each other. They sell a rig like it I think it is called the Equalizer but you can rig your own easily enough. All it does is add a click to the pop of the cork kind of like the way a brass bead does on a carolina rig.
Another simmilar but unusual bobber/cork rig is taking those round clip on floats that mostly kids and inexperienced anglers use and drilling a small hole in them and dropping some bb's into the bobber then you seal the hole with silicon or something. You have just made a rattling float that when you twitch it or pop it rattles attracting fish to your bait.
