There is also a 15A or 20A fuse on the red purple wire up by the ignition switch, did you check it?

yes i also changed it just to make it sure, all fuses by ignition are good. it has to be some rebel wire that broke off, i will check again its been cold in NY...

Remember, use a meter when checking electrical items, looking at things tell you nothing. Absolutely Nothing.

This why he is who he is and not you lmao.

Don thanks for your patience, sorry if we took a ride but i figured your the brain so lets pick it! well any way i got the boat to start, so as you said i went back
with the tester again, this time i find the battery cable to the starter was not connected as it was tucked under a hose and just laying there, i remember seeing 3 wires and those three are connected i totally forgot about the one i tucked under,i guess i was blinded, so i tested the line and i see i have power running through it, at
the end of the run the cable had grease on it and was black lol and i guess i tucked under the hose to hold it there, everything is fine all is working thanks again

Re: SHIFT INTERUPTER no power the dash.

I've had this same problem with my 95 3.0 LX Alpha One, in the Adults Only section there's a document "Electrical Systems-Wiring Diagrams", you can use it to check for 12 volts DC at the key switch and work it back to the wiring harness in the engine compartment. I found 12VDC on one side, from the battery, but not the other side of the wiring harness. Pulled apart the wiring harness, the terminals didn't look corroded. I checked continuity on the 12VDC wire between the dash and the harness while moving the harness, the wire did not indicate it
was open.I reconnected the wiring harness and haven't had a problem with it. Don S. I've used a lot of the documents you have posted, that have bee a great help to me... Thank You!
