Go OEM all the way. I’ve got 1200 hours on an original impeller. Although that’s only over 8 years and 1180 of the hours were in the last 3 years. I also have a water pressure readout too though. An extreme example and due a change for sure…but to show a point.

You can't flow enough water with one alpha pump to cool two motors. PERIOD

The pump curve is barely able to keep up with one motor

Service the pumps regularly

In an emergency, limp back on one motor

Gen one or two?i just changed an oem out of my gen two after 6 years looked essentially new..

I looked at those impellers after Bondo recommended them some time back. The seemed pretty promising.

At the time, it looked like they only made them for Gen 1s. I haven't gone back to see if they make them for Gen 2s now.

Gen 2 drive or gen one? One big improvement on gen 2 impeller vs gen one
