I have a 1991 bayliner with merc 3.0 ltr 120 hp and alpha drive. It was running fine till yesterday when I shift into fwd and slowly increase revs it starts to shake like crazy till I hit about 1500 rpm then it smooths out. I haven't noticed any other problems, the prop looks ok, haven't dinged any rocks.
