service bulletins

i bought a service manual off e-bay for Evinrude outboards that was said to cover years 1954-1968. However the service bulletins i need for my Big Twin 30 HP (25924) are missing. they are listed in the index but not included in the book. Does anyone know if they are available via down-load? paid $30 for the manual.

The seller should make this right - refund or send you the missing section. They don't like bad feedback.

Sorry, I can't help out with finding it elsewhere. I'd try web search or other eBay listings (ask sellers if info about your specific motor is included)

Service bulletins are NOT part of the manual, they are mailed to dealers. They are not available generally to the public and certainly not on-line. Some motors, especially first year models, have lots of them (I had an '85 140 that had a bunch ... I got the induction system ones BC the family owned a dealership).
