low rpm hit and miss and sluggish mid range power 1973/1978 70 hp j/e its racking my brain, I remember that I had a tsb on those engines, for some reason I am remembering that tsb# but cant seem to find it..
did a www search for the tsb# and found this, so maybe I'm not going nuts, does anyone have a copy? are do we both have the wrong tsb# I remembered that # because it used to be an old phone # LOL thanks,
