Got dubble bip alarm and smoke came from this thing backside motor, what is it?
It is located under tempsensor.
It is fitted with three small screews.

We're going to have an issue figuring out what "this thing" is. As you probably have found no one can upload pics (server having issues). If you can load it at another place and link to here

It appears to be something below the manifold air temp sensor. Saying it has 3 small screws means it's not the fuel rail damper. Have a pic just a tad bit further away to get an idea what is connected to it?

Ok, so the bip….bip is beacuse tjat one is broken?
No, in order to find out what the beep... beep is need to connect a scanner to the motor.

Not knowing what your serial number is I'm guessing as to what ECM you have. Is it several beeps, constant one beeeep, some many beeps it stops then starts again or other?

I'm going to go with the possibility the burned-up IAC is what is sounding the warning horn (Beep_Beep in a timed fashion)?

Replace the IAC, and carry a new one on board with the tools to replace it as this is a near common issue with this engine model...

If the horn doesn't stop after replacement, then you'll need to go deeper in my opinion as to why....Also check the IAC wiring and plug connector for further damage.

Amazon is ok in most cases but not all. Make sure the place has had a lot of time selling
