IS THERE A FUEL ADDITIVE ON THE MARKET FOR A 2 STROKE ENGINE THAT WILL CLEAN THE FUEL SYSTEM AND BOOST PERFORMANCE, OR AM I JUST DREAMING. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP.

I was told that Startron was a very helpful fuel additive for a number of problems. I got it at my local marina for 8 bucks for a pint, I think.

There is also Seafoam and BRP's Carbon Guard.

Wont so much "boost performance" per se.

BRP also sells a product called Fuel System Cleaner.

these product are for keeping a clean system clean. a through carb cleaning, removing the jets, and rebuild kit is the only way to clean one.

Sea foam and similar products are sometimes used to do a "DeCarb"(removing carbon from the piston and cubustion chamber.This can result in improved performance.But only to the point it was meant to operate.There are no magical performance inhancers,either chemical or mechanical.
It is possible to finetune your setup for improved performance.
