Seat Replacement Sea Ray 215 Express Cruiser

I have 1997 Sea Ray Express Cruiser would like to change the bench style seats that are on the capt side and port to a more comfortable seats that are
pedalstall style ( the seats that are stock are mounted an tube framing), does any one know if I would have to cut open the deck to reinforce or is this already reinforced, Thanks
