Hey guys 97 challenger single engine 110hp, When i had it out of the water running it on a hose,the engine would fire right up,As soon as i put it in the water i can hear a clicking sound coming from the starter when i press the starter button down??I took the cover of the mpem box and jumped the starter soleniod and the starter ran fine but still wouldnt start??is that a security measure?bad MPEM or starter any advise would be great thanks Erik no beeps
