Sea Rayder FX 16

Hi everybody,

I just bought the above mentioned used 98 Sea Rayder. Everything worked fine when I checked the boat. After I got it delivered, all of the sudden the steering is not moving at all. Does it have any security lock? Anybody any idea what could be wrong? Thanks for help.

No security Lock. I am afraid your linkage has froze, and will need replaced. Mine just did the same thing after sitting for just 1 month unused. Really sucks, cause it is proving to be a hassle to replace, as I actually stripped the gears in the gear box trying to turn the wheel.

Is there anywhere to grease the steering to avoid this problem?
