what attaches to those holes..... that is the more important question.

I wouldnt go with longer screws, as if there is nothing below the deck where the screws are going, it serves no purpose other than creating a hole in the underside of the deck which WILL allow water in over time to rot said deck (if it isnt already gone, and the root cause of the stripped screws). If you know the deck is good nearby, and you can move the mounting points, I would do just that, and fill the stripped holes either with fiberglass resin or 5200 to help prevent water intrusion and rot. There are plenty of threads here of decks that have succumbed to the ravages of water intrusion and rot, so if you can, you want to avoid it at all costs

The holes are for the screws that hold the back seat in..You have to take the seat out anytime you have to service or do work on the motor..It is all fiber glass..There is like a 11/4 void underneath the floor

the fiberglass is (or was) over something. Usually plywood. You will want to seal the holes, and either re-drill in the same locations, or seal the holes and move the screws to a new location. Do not just use longer screws The deck is typically only 1/2 inch plywood under the glass. Longer screws will do nothing for you. Tread lightly when it comes to putting more or longer screws in the deck. You really dont want water to get under the glass. BAD THINGS HAPPEN when that occurs (if they havent already)
