scord block on my 2007 DT30 hp out bourd

I was quoted $3700 to fix my motor when I put a hole in the piston and scord the block. Can the sleeve be removed on these motors or not? or will have to by a new bock.

Is the scoring so deep that you can't bore that cylinder and install an oversized piston? $3700 seems like a lot for that!
