Schematic. You are certainly one of our most helpful members, and 2K posts are a lot of help. I think I can say we all are very glad you are back. <br /><br />BTW, how did the project to run the 3 phase motor on single phase come out? <br /><br />Here's to another 2K!

in case i haven't already posted for kudos to schematic, i didn't want to miss my chance. i don't think i've ever read a post of his without learning something new. <br />and its even better when being reminded of something i forgot and should've known, cause then i'm able to help others too. just not at the same level...

Thanks guys, I appreciate it <br /><br />JB<br />I gave up the idea due to EXTREMELY LOW starting torque. Being on a compressor, its a tough start. If one could get it up to speed, it will work. I just don't want to have to start my compressor with a recoil!!!<br /><br />I lucked out and found a used single phase 4 hp.<br />
