jimonica! Hey!<br /><br />OK, Pisco is a Peruvian tequila type stuff but it is made out of . . . grapes. Apparently they don't mess around with fermenting, it is distilled like any spirits, but from grapes. Smells like tequila, but has a distinct flavor that I can't describe actually. Pisco sour is a Whiskey sour made with this stuff. Egg white, blender, foamy and sour. Pretty good though.<br /><br />Anybody near LA tomorrow night, I am crackin' a bottle out . ..
