Hi there, what is the process to repair damage the the hull. This looks like the result of some aggressive beaching. I'm not sure the search terms to use so would appreciate some insight. It's on a boat I am considering purchasing, but I'm not sure if this is big damage or normal. Picture attached.

Hard to tell from your pictures how long and how deep the scars are.

In any case, it is repairable by anyone who is reasonably handy. I'm not sure if new fiberglass cloth is needed, but at a minimum, some thickened resin to fill the voids, followed with a coat or two of gelcoat on top.

After that, I'd be sure to install a KeelGuard to prevent additional damage.

Starting here, you can see how I fixed similar damage on mine. I put a Keel Shield over mine after doing the repair, so getting it glass smooth and matchy-matchy wasn't my goal.
