I think if you go to a boathouse you can find aLL SORTS of software... I don't know of any on the top of my head there are soooooooooo MANY!

One of the best is made in France: MaxSea. Here in the US the cheapest way to buy it is through setsail.com. It does routing and handles charts, and a lot more.
