SAFETY ALERT: Bow Seating Hazard (Malibu)

Four Winns briefly made a model called the Convertible, it was just like my bow rider without the bow seats, and had a panel you open up to access the bow for docking or running it up on the trailer. The area where the seats are on the bowrider were for storage. The advantage of this was the closed bow of the cuddy with the larger cockpit of the bow rider.

Love all the HIGH SPEED people coming out of VERY ROUGH inlets with huge waves. Causing the bow to go under the wave base. That FORCEBLY slams the bow people into doorway and windshield.

Or the other person who times the wave. So the bow is suddenly tossed upward. Ejecting the bow people. By a nice big wave.
Any jury would find them guilty of endangering their passengers.
