Hi,

any advise on how to get these screws out. it is my speedometer indicator. Would like to take and seal the holes where the rusted screws are. I was think about just cutting the heads off then drilling the screw bits out and filling with epoxy or something similar, im afraid water may be getting about there is not evidence of it yet.

I've had luck with both a device called "Grabber" and by using an impact driver. The impact driver may shear the heads off - but you will then be where you'd be if you cut them off to try drilling the rest out.

I would just start with a small drill bit and step up to larger sizes until there is nothing left of the screw. There's very little that can go wrong. Even if you can't drill through the center of the screw and start creating a cavity around the screw altogether. Just fill in with epoxy.
