I'm listening right now.....writing....it down.....lol

That makes the third(that I know of) interview that Bush has done recently with people the liberals/Dems don't typically like. Bill O'Reilly, Sean Hannity, and now Rush.

Must be a love-in.

Only an idiot would do a live interview with a Bush-hating liberal character assassin, but regardless of what the BHLCAs say about him, GWB is no idiot.

Dumb like a fox! :)
But to be fair. As much as I was embarrased with (Slick Willey) being an American President he was also
Dumb like a fox.
Both men went to the top of thier field.
I would like to see Bill and H$ll buried in the same coffin in the same grave. That fight would would go on for ages! :)

I can understand why Bush would seek out those who are patriots, as opposed to CBS or aljazeeeeeerah. It just makes sense he would not make an appearance on the Today program.
Like my buddy always say; "It aint rocket surgery".

I'm betting that Rove does not trust President Bush to think quickly on his feet and would prefer the he respond to questions completly reviewed by the advisors. Pretty much a "canned event". RIght now the Democratic party is probably doing the same thing with Senator Kerry and Howard Dean.

I did not know of the interview, were there any questions asked that put the President on the spot? How did he handle them?

I didn't see the Rush interview, but I did watch the O'Reilly interview. And O'Reilly intentionally asks questions to throw people off thier horse. You can see the O'Reilly interview on the Fox news website.

And for the O'Reilly haters... he has said many times over, he doesn't believe Bush is that great. He respects him as a president, but he DOES believe he screwed a bunch of things up in Iraq.
