Last question regarding choke settings,
do I have to set choke fully closed or leave 1/8” gap? and do I have to set it first then cam screw or doesn’t matter?

Your boat is running ok, and you already set it closed, so just leave it there

The idle screw has no issue with the choke. As in the other vid, the guy opened it to WOT and then adjusted. The WOT isn't needed, just need to unload the screw against the cam

Hello again,
the cold days just arrived for few days and the problem came back...
As You know Im after carb rebuilt, boat runs great when cold, hot etc..
idle + mixture adjusted but..
Boat sit 1 week in the dock, started immidiately but when i dont keep 1000-1500rpms but put it on idle the RPMs are quite low and the blackish smoke is coming from the water, after a while its fine. I can shut it off and start immidately.
Do You think the choke is too rich and try to lean it a little? Ive set it according to the Merc manual . Also on hot warm days there is no issue, only now when the temp was around 73*F

Take care
