my yam 8 will not run properly on the top cylinder.ignition is fine,compression is fine,its getting fuel o.k. I suspect it might be the top crank seal. is this correct?

ONLY KIDDING I WOULD TAKE A TIMMING LIGHT AND PUT ON EACH IGNITION WIRE I THINK ITS AN IGNITION PROBLEM. VINNEY IT WOULD RUN WITH A BAD CRANK SEAL

THEY MAKE A TIMMING LIGHT THAT RUN ON D BATTERIES FOR ABOUT 100 BUCKS I USE MINE ALL THE TIME. YOU CAN LOOK AT THE LIGHT OR MARK THE FLYWHEEL AT 180 DEGREES FOR THE NUMBER 2 CYLINDER. IT SOUNDS LIKE YOUR DROPPING A CYLINDER. I ALWAY SAY PROVE OR DISPROVE WHAT YOU THING WRONG. VINNEY
