rub rail?

hey guys. done with my motor and before i take her for her sea test i want to reseal her rub rail. a lot of sealent missing and i think thats where waters been getting in. not in the bilge but you can hear it sloshin around after hitting some seas mostly in the cabin. any ideas? thanks. 25ft. chriscraft scorpion 254.

Ayuh,.... So take the rub rail off, 'n redo the area under it, 'n reinstall the rail,...
