I need to replace the rub rail inserts on my boat cause I’m missing the back couple feet and some spots have some cracks. I’m struggling to find the same profile for mine. Realistically it would be easiest to replace the whole rub rail and insert with a newer design but the cost is tough to justify. Does anyone have expertise on this model and where to buy?

Wefco and/or taco marine
have looked on their websites but struggling to find an exact match, i know to order slightly larger than slightly smaller so it can fit snug but it doesnt appear to sell an exact copy

You may not find an exact replacement. The good news is that you can replace the entire thing with something similar. You need one as wide as the original and flexible. Some need special tools to bend.

They usually come with SS screws and an insert. You may need to redrill to fit the new rub rail. The inserts can be difficult to insert requiring heat and compression w/o damage. A rubber hammer and heat gun can help.

Try steele rubber products.
There are more mfg's also. They were the closest for my window moulding
