rogue skiff

i have seen this boat for sale it says Rogue on the side looks like a Carolina skiff J model. for the life of me i can not find a boat company called rogue this boat is only about 13ft ? there is no coast guard sticker on it any place . no center seat just the rear bench. any help on this boat. like to know what the hp rating weight limit might be.

But I see that's nothing like the Carolina J model. Well, that's the only "Rogue" I know of.

What are the first three alpha characters of the HIN, if one, on the upper- right, outside surface of the transom?

found out it made by oob compamy fiberglass limited in arkansas . vin starts IMY- looks like a well made boat
