Rigging flange

Best name I have come up for it is rigging flange, it’s the 4” plastic hull guide for cables thru hull. I have no problem finding 2” but much more trouble finding a 4”. Anyone know where to find them?

Never seen anything close to that size.
Got to be pushing 6” OD at that point
